I have a requirement to automate our existing phone system to manage the time spent on calls for each customer. Our existing telephone system is a Merlin Magix and we have Merlin reported that outputs all the necessary information, including customer account number, to a .CDB file. Admin Function - We need an adminstrative function that hold customer details, addresses, muliple contacts, etc. and holds ‘Credits’ for each customer. and hold the customer account number. Asp Website Quick Fix

I have a website that was working fine until I tried to download all the site files and database in order to give the client a backup CD. I had to change the db password to get into the site, and now the database doesn’t show up online. I think that the connection string is broken. I need someone who can check out the file and get the site back up and running quickly. Please call me at 610-782-0262.
