Decompiler For Eld Files

I need a decompiler program for TradeStation ELD files. The program needs to be very simple and should run on windows XP. It needs to be able to take an ELD files as input and convert it into a readable txt file. I would need the entire package including code, how to use it and anything else needed to be able to successfully decompile a eld file. There have been many requests made for this, so I am hoping one of you already have it made. I will email an example of one for you to decompile.
