Xml-driven Flash Site

Hello everybody, I need to convert this template to a dynamic site using XML: http://images.templatemonster.com/screenshots/19900/19993.html All the texts and the 5 background images need to be populated through an XML file. No administration required. Just a basic XML file to upload via FTP. The project is quite urgent, Thanks.
