Wordpress Menu Help

Looking for a wordpress pro to fix some menu’s for me. They arent displaying properly, it may be a CSS issue, but I am not too good with wordpress. The menu fix, must allow me to edit the categories through wordpress still. The attached image shows one of my drop down menus, I would then want another menu to show to the right (as displayed in red)I am sure I have set the categories right, but they wont display for me. Also the menu order is screwed up under the heading course description…
