Very Minor Flash Work Question

Go to this site http://www.indemand.com/product/view/87081 Once you get there mouse over the navigation button titled “Sports” it has a yellow button next to it. you see a drop down picture Does anyone know the code for this, i know it is Flash related but thats about it. Im building my own website, and need to know how to make this happen, i will put code in myself , this is just a question
