Phpprobid V6.04 Customisation

I require a customisation to PhpProBid V6.04 I want to be able to list an item for which there are a number of tickets for sale for the item. I do not want a listing fee or end of item fee to apply to the item. The item will have a start price which will reduce each time a ticket/tickets are purchased for the item.
