I have a requirement to automate our existing phone system to manage the time spent on calls for each customer. Our existing telephone system is a Merlin Magix and we have Merlin reported that outputs all the necessary information, including customer account number, to a .CDB file. Admin Function - We need an adminstrative function that hold customer details, addresses, muliple contacts, etc. and holds ‘Credits’ for each customer. and hold the customer account number.
