Joomla Component Work

We currently use Joomla 1.0.10 and have two components that work together from the end users point of view, but do not work together from the admin point of view. There is a directory component and a forms component. Here you see the directory. http://pilotjourney.com/allflightschools/1 then when you click on the Information Request icon, you see the form.
