I Need A Reliable Programmer

I am searching for a reliable programmer. Preferably one based out of the U.S. This is not a requirement, but most wanted. This may require a FULL TIME position with me. High feedback a must. I must have a programmer with excellent experience in php, mysql javascript etc. I am looking for a programmer that charges on a job to job basis, or someone that charges around $20-25 an hour. I will also need to be able to contact you either by telephone, or instant message. I do not want to do connect…
