Encription Problem On Site

Had a site that was encripted by ion cube developer I think.Could not locate previous coder. My hoster updated the IP and hosting service and the encription was trigger - now cannot see site. Also mass email function in forum not visible. On hosting - hoster place back to original dedicated server nd site was visible for a while though admin panel no longer accessible. Went into cpanel to try changing password to see if encription can be solve - got worse site not visible. Need to solve encr…
