Audio Video Streaming Website

I am looking for some one to build a website that will stream audio and video that will get uploaded by only me, website must look very professional and attractive. and the main thing is i cant install any application in my server. ( Shared PHP server) so, try to avoid server based encoding, ill upload encoded audio and videos. pls post ur bids with demo, And i need the website with my copyrights and source. Its able to support UTF-8. Thank you,
