Translate Chinese To English

I require the translation of a chinese phone manual to english. the manual consists of less than 80 pages, like the attached example. A dirrect translation would be fine (if it made things cheaper), but needs to have similar formating. And saved as a word document. Pictures would need to be included from the original scans.
