Slice Image To Xhtml And Css

I would like to create an xhtml css page from the attached file. I currently have this in a layered Fireworks png, but can probably convert to psd if needed. Some notes: # The site will be centered and the background graphic will fill the whole screen, including the navbar background. # There are simple rollovers on the menu, but no dropdowns. # The boxes on the left and right should be able to adjust to the amount of content in them.
