Ray Media Server Install

I have successfully installed the RMS. For some reason Ray Chat refuses to run in Ray Pro Mode. It will run fine in restriced mode but the moment I tick Ray Pro mode, I get a connection error. I suspect that this may be the problem. When I click on BASE SETTINGS I am given the option to insert Site Name, RMS IP and RMS port. If I click on SAVE, nothing is ever actually saved. Each time I go back it is back to the default. Is this normal? please help me complete ,..
