Need someone to make an interactive blackboard for a website. Blackboard will allow drawing or writing via a live interactive feed with multiple users at the same time. 1. allow a blank worksheet 2. upload microsoft files for modification 3. allow saving file to user 4. allow rotating left, right, upside down, landscape or regular mode 5. allow scrolling document up and down 6. modification will be basic MS editing and drawing Functions will be like using a walkie talkie, only one user can…
