Large Scale Social Network

We are looking to launch a large scale social networking site. This will be a full featured site with mail, friends, photos, video, forum, blog, groups and chat. We are looking for bids on all aspects of programming, creation and design and hosting. This is an aggressive launch and must be able to deliver a soft launch within 8 to 10 weeks and full launch before July 31, 2008.
