Fix Highdrive Recover Data

I have an extended hard drive (160gigs). I use this for music, videos, and files for my school work. Three days ago I was uploading photos and videos to the high drive and it ran out of space and all uploading stopped. My drive is not working anymore. When I try to access the files on my high drive, it only shows the name and thumbnail images of each file… However, the drive has ZERO free space left.
