Cisco Call Manger Plugin

i am looking to create a servie for the cisco ip phones when a dn is called it launches a ip service which will display an webpage which is an video feed from an IP video cam. i was thinking of using www.axis.com cameras, they have an api. please conact me. this is for call manger 6 and create a call manger express version.
