Review Site Needed To Be Built

I’m building a review site. Some examples would be like the sites listed below. However I don’t want a clone, I just use some of the features it offers. The site I am creating is a social networking review site. User should be able to post information, rate items, signup, add photos, register, and log in. Site needs a database with security features installed. Site must be ftp, demonstrated, tested and developer must give warranty on his work. I know a little ambitious, but i need to know…
