Javascript Transcription Test

Need a javascript, or another language if you think it can be done in Perl or PHP. Needs to be a transcription test… fairly simple in concept. Needs to be able to have a member watch a video and transcribe the text from that video at the same time, the only hard part is that it needs to be separate text boxes and each box would contain 30 seconds of text, then after 30 seconds it should automatically move the curser to the next text box.
