Looking for someone to a designs I have for one wiki skin (in PSD file format) and code it for use on the MediaWiki platform. In particular I’m looking to distribute the skin widely and want the coding done in such a way as to be able to be easily used by many users and for users to be able to customize their color schemes, etc. After being coded the skins need to be tested such that they work on popular browsers, including Firefox 2.0 and up version, Internet Explorer 6.0, Internet Explore…
